Sweet Felicity

By Anne Marie

Sweet Felicity

Oh Splendid sensual desires grand,
What is this new rush of emotions
That sets my soul on fire?

I glow, I squirm, I tingle.
Like a little girl spinning in the sunlight,
Enjoying the smooth caress of a new silken dress.
Or a gentle hand upon my inner thigh.

I'm sensitive and alert to an explosion of love.
Oh sweet felicity cloaked in exquisite form.
Tell me now that I live in paradise.
For from some horrid chrysalis I've been torn,
And with golden wings unfolded to full span,
Draped in gossamer atire,

I fly away higher and higher reborn.
Magnificently alive, for now I am a woman.
Never again alone, lost and so forlorn.
