I first remember reading about Sarah Luiz in one of the older trans publications (perhaps FMI or Les Girls) during the 1980s. As I recall she was considered a perfect candidate for transition but then had an unsettling period.  This is all vague memory however, so please don't take it as fact. I will try to research Sarah a little more soon. If anyone has any information please send it to me. In the meantime, enjoy the photos.
